The game cafe and how to build one from scratch

Gary is the owner of a fantastic shop in Fort Collins, CO called The Haunted Game Cafe. Gary has come onto the podcast to share his wisdom and insight into building game cafes from the ground up. We discuss the advantages and disadvantages of having and serving food inside your game store as well as the costs involved.

The game cafe model has become more common in the past few years. More stores are blurring the lines between traditional local game store and restaurant, but as anyone who has done some research, the restaurant business can be unforgiving.
